Riot Games flew the four League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) teams to Iceland for Worlds 2021 on a private jet, multiple outlets reported.

The event begins Oct. 5 with the play-in stage in Reykjavik and runs through Nov. 6.

Riot is arranging travel to Iceland for all 22 teams from 15 different countries. Travel from some places is still dicey given the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

With the four LCK teams all traveling from South Korea, Riot opted to fly them in on a private jet so they'd all arrive at the same time and to limit exposure, per the reports. The cost of the flight on the 88-seat Crystal Skye Boeing 777 was a reported $345,000.

The four qualified LCK teams are defending champions DWG KIA, Gen.G, T1 and Hanwha Life Esports.

The prize pool for the event is $2.225 million, with $489,500 to the winner.
